1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using this website means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By verifying your age on the entry page you confirm that this applies to you. Photographic identification may be requested when you arrive.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and formal confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless another arrangement is agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest places staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise fails to observe reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available solely to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Regalcovehideaway or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

This site may include links to third-party websites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
